  • 摘要: 對移動床生物膜反應(yīng)器(MBBR)一體化設(shè)備的電控系統(tǒng)軟硬件設(shè)計進行全面、深入的研究。采用模塊化的設(shè)計理念,便于現(xiàn)場設(shè)備調(diào)試與后期服務(wù),儀表硬件選型根據(jù)現(xiàn)場信號傳輸遠近與采集數(shù)據(jù)量大小的實際情況,考慮儀表信號采集的穩(wěn)定性。在程序設(shè)計方面,主令開關(guān)量的信號采集,采用信號防抖加信號燈閃爍的方式設(shè)計,RS 485通信方面采用FOR循環(huán)的設(shè)計理念。

     

    Abstract: This paper conducts a comprehensive and in-depth study on the hardware and software design of the electrical control system for MBBR integrated equipment. A modular design concept is adopted to facilitate on-site equipment debugging and later services. The hardware selection is based on the actual situation of signal transmission distance and data collection volume, considering the stability of signal acquisition. In the program design, the signal acquisition of the main command switch is designed with signal anti-shake and signal light flashing, and the RS 485 communication adopts the FOR loop design concept.
