摘要: 本文聚焦于供電營業(yè)規(guī)則下竊電行為的案例分析與對策研究，緊密結合最新頒布的文件，對當前竊電行為的新特點、現(xiàn)狀進行了深入剖析，最后從“技防+人防+法治”角度對竊電行為提出對應的優(yōu)化措施。Abstract: This paper focuses on the case analysis and countermeasures of electricity theft under power supply business rules, closely combining the latest issued documents, and deeply analyzes the new characteristics and current situation of electricity theft. Finally, it proposes corresponding optimization measures for electricity theft from the perspective of "technical prevention + human prevention + rule of law".
